The three grape varieties, Gelber Muskateller, Pinot Blanc and Müller Thurgau are the first to be harvested. They are fermented separately at a constant 16 degrees Celsius to emphasize the fruitiness. After fermentation, they are immediately blended. Gelber Muskateller provides fragrance, Pinot Blanc an animating acidity and Müller Thrugau gives fresh citric fruit. After a very short, two-week contact with yeast, it is filled young.
Light greenish yellow. In the nose fresh and fruity, with hints of citrus and vineyard peach, accompanied by intense notes of orange blossom and nutmeg. On the palate it is also light-footed, with a lively, animating acidity and light body and alcohol.
This wine lives from its freshness and lightness. It is a perfect and uncomplicated companion for hot summer days and should be enjoyed very cold. As a food companion with light starters or salads, if they are soured with lemon juice and not with vinegar.
