This wine is produced with the Saignée-method. After an average of 18 hours of maceration, the juice was separated and fermented cool in stainless steel tanks at 14 to 18 degrees. Filled after just a short tank ripening to emphasize the freshness and fruit.
Pink. In the nose a fresh fruit cocktail made of raspberries, strawberries and citrus. Extremely fresh on the palate, with a fine, animating acidity and light body and a playful fruit sweetness.
This wine is full of fresh red berry aromas and is therefore a perfect wine for hot summer days. May also be served with a slice of lemon and ice cubes. As a food companion with light starters and cream cheese, this rosé is also perfect with strawberry and raspberry ice cream due to the fruit sweetness.
