our project wines

Our project wines are not based on typical regional taste profiles or conventional winemaking methods. In most cases, it starts with an idea, which is then realised on a small scale by micro-vinification of just a few hundred bottles. Not all of these experimental wines make it into the bottle. We only bottle the projects that make us proud.

Our aging vessels range from granite to ceramic eggs or various amphorae. Stylistically, there are no taboos. Sulphur free wines? Fortified Wines? Wines made from dried grapes? White wine from red grapes? Or red wines from intracellular fermentation? - We have successfully implemented all of these styles!

Some wines were received so well that we decided to permanently incorporate them into our wine range. These are our heartfelt projects. The conclusions we draw from these project experiences are consistently incorporated into our quality pyramid.
