Estoras - Pinot Noir Rosé
This wine was produced with the Saignée method. After 6 hours of maceration, 10 percent of the liquid was removed from the mash. This part was fermented separately in a steel tank at cool 15 to 19 degrees Celsius and left on the fine lees for a short time. This gives it the fine melting.
Pale Salmon Rosé, a very elegant, fresh Rosé with nice rasperry and strawberry flavours, slightly herbal aromas as hibiscus and lavender. This wine is dry and is perfectly balanced by a fresh and animating acidity. Light body and very elegant structured.
This rosé from Pinot Noir lives from its red berry fruit and elegant structure. Ideal as an aperitif this wine also perfectly matches with starters such as salmon carpaccio or cream cheese.
